Is This Toy Saying ‘Brainstorm’ Or ‘Green Needle’?

If the internet has taught us anything, it’s that we are all different in a lot more ways besides race, culture, gender, etc. We taste differently, we see differently, and now it’s being proven that we all hear differently.

The internet was shaken up by the “Yanny” “Laurel” debacle that left people wondering how the heck two people could listen to the same audio clip but hear two polar opposite words.

Years before this debate, people were in disbelief that a black and blue dress could also look white and gold, again polar opposite colors.
 

It makes you start to believe that your eyes and ears are deceiving you.

But the fun is not over yet! A new video clip has surfaced on Reddit that shows a user activating a toy, which emits a sound before the character says “Brainstorm.” Or “Green Needle.” Or both. Which is it?

Users responded to the clip saying they can force themselves to hear both words, despite “storm” having one syllable and “needle” with two.

Thankfully there is already an answer to this debate, so people don’t have to divide themselves by what they can hear without ever knowing who is right. This toy is of a character from the show “Ben 10” and the creature it portrays is called “Brainstorm.”
