Fan Account Points Out The Similarities Between Princess Diana And Charlotte

An instagram fan account put pictures of Princess Charlotte and the late Princess Diana side by side and spotted some uncanny resemblance between the two royals.

The resemblance between the Queen and her great-granddaughter Princess Charlotte has been a topic of discussion since the 4-year-old started appearing in the public eye more and more.

It has recently, however, been brought to light that a resemblance between the little princess and her late grandmother Princess Diana is even more uncanny. Is this true? You be the judge!

A royal family fan account, @loveprincessdiana, arranged pictures of Charlotte and her late grandmother Princess Diana side by side and spotted similarities between the two.

The fan used pictures of Diana as a kindergartener to compare against some of the newest photographs taken of Charlotte to prove the resemblance.

One comment read, "Charlotte is her mini-me!" while another added "Exactly the same!"

Another commented: "I have been saying for a while now – Charlotte is going to look a lot more like Diana than anyone thinks…" Many don't agree, though, saying that Charlotte's eyes are very obviously more like the Queen's than her late grandmother's.

Princess Diana had big, expressive, doe-like eyes. Her make-up artist revealed that she would wear a lot of mascara and blue eyeliner to bring out the blue in her eyes, but she convinced the Princess to go for more earthy tones instead because her eyes were naturally beautiful.

On the other hand, royal family enthusiasts have been gushing over how much Charlotte's brother, Prince Louis, resembles their mother Kate Middleton, after a video of the Cambridge children that showed the family clapping together in appreciation for NHS staff who are on the frontline of the fight against coronavirus was released.
