The TrueBlue Twins Megan And Morgan Boyd Are All Grown Up And Have A Large Fanbase On Social Media

Megan Boyd and Morgan Boyd, popularly known as The TrueBlue twins, are renowned for their beauty and striking eye colors. They became internet sensations at a very young age after their mom, Stephanie Boyd posted their pictures on the net, and a few celebrities picked up on them. One of the twins, Morgan, has what is medically known as heterochromia iridum, in which the two eyes have different colors. Her twin sister has light blue eyes in both sockets.

The science behind eye colors is not exactly understood yet, but a constant factor is that it involves multiple genes, and this plays out in the various eye colors present in different races. Although certain colors are more prevalent in some races due to genetic variations, they are not always entirely determined by people’s racial backgrounds, so there can be cases of rare eye colors popping out from among a group. 

There are several instances of people with unique eye colors. Quite a number of people have been known to spot red, green, violet, gray, hazel, black and amber eye colors. In some cases, several African Americans and Black people have also been seen sporting blue eyes, which is a rare occurrence among those ethnic groups.

The twins are classic examples and have fascinated many since they were born in June 2011. Their uniqueness has also seen them become models for many fashion houses. Meanwhile, the twins’ eye colors are not unusual in their families. Their mom, Stephanie, also has blue eyes, the same as their paternal grandfather. Moreover, one of their uncles and a great grand-aunt have Morgan’s distinctive feature: one dark brown eye and a blue eye.

The twins are now 12 and enjoy many activities, including crafts and dancing, as seen on their YouTube channel. 

The TrueBlue twins were introduced to the world of fame by their mom, who started documenting her babies’ growth since they were born. She and her husband, Lovall Knight, knew their children were special when they saw their eyes. Stephanie also gave the girls the “TrueBlue Twins” appellation.

Megan and Morgan became popular after tattoo artist and musician Deyonte Hunter reposted one of Stephanie’s shots on his feed. Thus, the girls became stars and were highly sought after by influencers.  

The twins popularly model for brands like Skylah’s Boutiques and Brown and Crowned. They also receive merch from some of their fans. 

“Over the years we’ve received some cute Merch, from one of our cute little fans @amiachantelcollection So when her mom reached out we was so happy to pop up and surprise her in person,” they wrote on Instagram to mark a time when they surprised one of their little fans on her birthday. “They had so much fun💞💞💞🎂🎂🎂 🥳🥳 Happy 7th Birthday @amiachantelcollection Thanks for have us.🦄🌈🌈🦄💞💜💜💞🥳🥳🥳🥳,” the rest of the caption read.

The TrueBlue twins presently boast almost 900,000 followers on Instagram and over 60,000 subscribers on YouTube. They are also enthusiastic fashion show hosts and are endearing. 

Megan and Morgan also ensure to engage with fans constantly on their Instagram account, which their mom handles. They are remarkable for their polite and happy personalities. On June 7, 2019, they thanked their Instagram fans for smiling and wishing them well on their birthday.

On June 7, 2023, the girls showed off their amazing growth with a short clip on Instagram. “Just cool girls with amazing personalities!! 🥰🥰💙💙,” they captioned the post that showed them wearing patterned black and white tops and skirts. They matched their looks with silver bags and silver strap sandals.
