Dear Mom, did you know?

This lovely message touches every mother's heart.

I love you dearly.

Dear Mom,

Thank you for always having my back.

When I fell down, you were there to pick me up and when I whined because I didn’t get my way you promised me it’s for my best. And it was. I don’t know what would have happened to me without your guidance.

You have always been there for me when I needed support.

I can’t remember a time where you weren’t there for me. I have always been relying on your opinion and you were more than happy to play such an important role in my life. Even in crisis you supported me and never let me down.

Your love for me just grows and grows.

There isn’t a single moment where I don’t feel loved by you. Ever since the day I was born you shower me with your never-ending love and it’s the best feeling in the world. You make a bad day great just by calling me for no reason.

I know I can fully trust you.

I didn’t always understand your choices when I was younger but now I wouldn’t want to go one day without confiding in your experience and wisdom. You would never do anything that could harm me or lie to me. That means a lot.

No one will ever adore me as much as you do.

I haven’t met anyone who is as interesting in my life as you. You were there when I had ballet lessons, you came to my graduation party and you meet me after my job interviews. You are the steady constant in my life.

You are everything to me.

There is a reason you are my emergency contact. I want you to be the first to know everything that happens in my life. I can talk to you about everything: jobs, boys, problems, ideas, you name it. Your patience and warmheartedness amazes me.

You are more than my mother.

You are also my best friend, my nurse, my driver, my cook, my mentor….You defined my personality and you brought me up to be the person I am today. I wouldn’t be the same without you. I hope I can make you even prouder and become like you one day! You are the best person in the whole wide world!

In love forever,

Mommy’s Little Girl
