Adele Shares Her Thoughts On Having A Baby Again During A Sweet Interaction With Pregnant Fan At Las Vegas Residency

Adele is one of the greatest voices in the music industry today. She has been topping the charts since her popular song “Chasing Pavements” hit the Billboard Hot 100 chart back in 2009. Since then, Adele has given us timeless hits, such as “Hello,” “Rolling in the Deep,” “Someone Like You,” “All I Ask,” and “Rumor Has It,” among many others.

Last November 2021, Adele released her most recent album, “30,” her fourth studio album to date. Although it took a bit longer to release than his previous works, the singer had a lot of things to do during that period.

Instead of making music, Adele has focused on her family and her own health in the last few years, leading to her fourth studio album.

After the album was released, Adele surprised her supporters as she announced that she would be embarking on her very first Las Vegas Residency in January 2022.

Unfortunately, Adele was forced to cancel the string of concerts indefinitely at the time due to some problems. With fans frustrated about the last-minute pulling of the plug, they patiently waited for the rescheduled dates. 

After a few months of anticipation, Adele confirmed that she would finally continue her Las Vegas concerts, titled “Weekends With Adele,” at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace from November 2022 until March 2023.

Her 2023 shows were not over, as she later announced a new set of dates for June to November of that year.

Aside from the singer serenading concert attendees, she also loves interacting with people around the venue as she walks down the stage to talk to her excited fans.

In August 2023, a video of Adele made rounds on different platforms of social media as she had a heartwarming encounter with a fan who was expecting a baby girl.

In the clip shared on TikTok, the “Skyfall” hitmaker, who donned a black gown detailed with gems and transparent beads, spoke to a pregnant woman who was in the audience area.

The pregnant lady said she’s expecting a baby girl, but she and her husband have a problem as they don’t know what to name their first child, and she wants Adele to help them.

Adele, who has a 10-year-old son named Angelo, then revealed that she herself wanted to have a baby again.

“I really wanna be a mom again soon,” she said.

Since she has been thinking of having a baby again, the musician said she has been writing down a list of names on her phone for her future kid.

“I’ve actually been writing lists,” she continued. “So every time I see a name that I like, I write it down in my phone,” she said.

The pregnant woman later told Adele that she and her husband had already come up with two names, but they were unsure of what to choose between them.

Her choices were Parker and Spencer, as both names were androgynous and could be named for a girl or a boy.

As the crowd screamed their choices, Adele made up her mind immediately, but she said she couldn’t pick the other one as her boyfriend, Rich Paul, liked it, and it seemed like they would potentially name their future baby that choice.

“I can’t say Parker because Rich likes that name,” she said.

The singer ultimately chose Spencer and even gave a middle name, “Ray,” which, surprisingly, was the exact name that the pregnant woman had in her mind.

“Do you know what else? I love Ray for a girl as well, spelled like a boy’s name,” the singer said, to which the woman replied in shock, “stop, that’s the middle name.”

“Perfect, so in sync,” the musician added.

It appears that Adele is not the only one who wants to have kids soon, as her boyfriend, Rich Paul, said in a 2022 interview that he wanted to have more children as well.

The sports agent, who is a father of three, spoke with E! Online. He recalled his experience being a young dad because, at the time, he was still growing a business, and it was “pretty tough.”

He added, “But now looking as an older dad, if I was to have more kids, I’m looking forward to being a different dad.”

Adele was previously in a relationship with the father of her son Angelo. She and Simon Konecki got married in 2018 but then divorced in 2021.

Her legal separation from her ex-husband, as well as being a single mother to her son, somewhat inspired her 2021 album “30.”

Angelo was a significant figure in Adele’s life because aside from being her son, he was also there when she was going through a tough time in 2020.

In an interview with Elle Magazine, she revealed that there were voice memos of herself crying and talking to her son. At the time, she described the feeling as “horrible.”
