Your Zodiac Can Tell You Your Ideal Bedtime

Many of us have trouble falling asleep or sleeping through the night. The following day, we often feel tired or exhausted. The good news is: Every zodiac sign has an ideal bedtime if you want to get up the next day at 7 am.
Capricorn: Around Midnight
A Capricorn should get between seven and eight hours sleep per night. If you need to get up at 7 am, you should go to bed around midnight as a Capricorn. A warm, cozy sleeping space would be the best.
Aquarius: Around 3am
As an Aquarius you're not only physically but also mentally very active. If an Aquarius goes to bed around 3 am, they are still fit on the following morning. If sleep just doesn't come, a little bit of Yoga or a warm bath should help.
Pisces: Around 9 pm
Pisces like to sleep in and can sleep nearly anytime, anywhere. Ten hours sleep should be the minimum for anyone born as a Pisces.
Aries: Around 2 Or 3 am
As for Aries, these people can get by with only four or five hours of sleep and still be fit on the next day. Just make sure this doesn't become the new normal for you. Otherwise, one of the consequences might be a bad temper. The ideal time for you to go to bed would be about 2 or 3 am. But you should get more than 4 or 5 hours of sleep on some days of the week
Taurus: Around 11 pm
Around seven hours sleep is what the Taurus needs. The ideal bedtime for them is therefore around 11 pm. It's also worth mentioning that a Taurus needs a longer time to wake up fully, so it might be a good idea to set the alarm to 6 am. By the way, a Taurus loves being woken gently.
Geimini: Around 2am
The Gemini is hard to pin down: Anything between two and twelve hours of sleep might be ideal. We'll just go with the average which gets us around five hours of sleep. This leaves us with the ideal time to go to bed at around 2 am. Important: Electronical devices should not be in a Gemini's bedroom. Also: Meditating before going to sleep can do wonders.
Cancer: Around 11 pm
A Cancer needs at least eight hours sleep. Only then they feel refreshed and fit for the new day. So the best time to go to bed is 11 pm if you're a Cancer.
Leo: Around Midnight
A lot of actors and musicians are born under the Leo. So it's no wonder that as a rule, a Leo doesn't need much sleep. Most people talk about around seven hours of sleep if a Leo wants to be productive the next day. If you want to get up at 7 am, you should go to bed around midnight. If possible, in a very dark room.
Virgo: Around 4 am
Unbelievable but true! The Virgo needs only three hours of sleep on a few nights a week. So the ideal bedtime would be around 4 am, if the alarm is set to 7 am. But for Virgo's as well it's also true that this should not be the norm.
Libra: Around 11 pm
Eight hours of sleep are ideal for all Libras. A Libra wants to do everything perfectly and has to be extra fit because of it, so the ideal bedtime is 11 pm, if you want to get up at 7 am.
Scorpio: Around 10 pm
Many Scorpios are known as morning grouches, so they should go to bed extra early and get up accordingly early as well. Around eight hours of sleep are ideal for Scorpios.
Saggitarius: Around 1 am
For a Saggitarius, six hours of sleep are often enough. The ideal time to go to bed, if you need to get up at 7 am, is therefore 1 am. It should be noted that a Saggitarius can sometimes stay up the whole day without needing more than these six hours of sleep the following night.
