You WIll Shed Tears Over Ellen DeGeneres' Touching Tribute To Her Beloved Dad Who Passed Away At 92

Earlier this year Ellen DeGeneres shared a beautiful tribute to her father after he passed away at the age of 92. The world-famous TV host honored him in the most beautiful way, it is bound to bring a tear to your eye.

Ellen talked about what a kind and accepting person he was, she said he would never judge anyone. While she misses him dearly she also said she would never forget the life-changing advice he gave her: 

"Live your life exactly how you want"

Ellen shared this beautiful old photograph of the two of them together and shared with the audience her final moments with her dad. 

"Before he passed away I got to talk to him, so I got to say goodbye to him… he died 10 minutes later."

It must have been incredibly difficult but so lucky that she got to spend his final moments with him. Ellen continued to share stories about her father. 

She related the holiday they took together to Warner Brothers Studios and how happy her Dad was that she was in a business he loved so much. 

When I was a kid, my dad took us on one vacation to Warner Bros. Studios. He loved this business. He loved that I was in it.

If Ellen was our child we would also be proud of her and we know that her Dad is watching down on her and all her amazing achievements!
