Look for someone who always accepts you. Find someone who understands that you will always be late or messy. Find someone who is fine with the clutter in your house and your tendency to show up 10 minutes late to every event. You need a partner who will cook food when you say that you are not hungry because they know that you will still reach for a bite from their plate.

Find a person who will not get angry when you spend half of your check on new clothes. You need someone who understands that you have weaknesses. You might work on saving for the future together, but you need a partner who understands when you fail.

Loving someone unconditionally means that you forgive each other for your mistakes. When you come home from a night out and are a bit too drunk, you need a partner who will not hold it against it. When you say the wrong thing or do something silly after drinking, you need a partner who will accept you. Look for someone who will hold back your hair when you throw up or rub your back when you are feeling sick.

You need someone who accepts your nagging because they know you mean the best. Someone who understands that you will go over and over a frustrating problem until you figure it out.

Discover a person who knows that there is no point to make you explain your feelings when you are in a bad mood and are unready to talk. Find a person who lets you stay silent and lost in thought when you are sad.

You need someone who is slightly jealous because they love you so much. Someone who clearly shows you how much they love you and that they do not want anyone else. Find someone who is ready to commit. You need someone who wants you to relax and feel comfortable. This person will always tell you where they are going because they do not want you to worry.

You need a person who will not resent you when you use the silent treatment. Someone who understands that you are staying silent because you do not want to hurt them and are too upset to talk. You need someone who is willing to wait until you are ready to talk.

You need someone who puts up with your messiness. Someone who understands that your closet will never be clean. No matter how much you clean up, you will always leave a hurricane's worth of damage in your wake.

You need someone who will never make you feel guilty about eating junk food because they know that you already struggle with your appearance. Someone who understands that you feel like you are never good enough. You need a person who will help you love who you are and accept yourself.

You need someone who has all the time in the world to spend with you. Someone who knows that you are not perfect, but they do not want a perfect person anyway.

When you are lucky enough to find that special person, hold them close and never let them go.
