Some people fear dogs, especially large breeds that are acting aggressive. However, most of the time, dogs are just overenthusiastic bundles of joy, who are cute and adorable.

Due to misconceptions, the Pitbull in this video was misjudged harshly by a group of workers. Worldwide, the Pitbull species has gained a harsh reputation for being aggressive and out of control. The reality is that this reputation is mainly the result of irresponsible owners, along with sensational media stories.

What makes this video clip so funny is the fact that a bunch of grown men heads for the nearest high spot upon the arrival of a Pitbull in their midst. The men work in a building in Rodnia, Brazil. They are going through their daily routine when one of them spots something terrifying. His reaction is to head for the closest door.

One of his co-workers sees what got him so scared and alerts everyone else to the danger lurking. Everyone scatters for safety, with some taking refuge on top of the counter. What has them so terrified? A Pitbull looking for a little attention or some food.

There was no sign of aggression or any other reason to be terrified. The men just assumed the dog was trouble. The dog walks into view sniffing around while wildly wagging its tail.

It takes a few moments before the terrified men on the counter realized the dog was harmless. Come to find out, the dog had escaped from one of their neighbors and just wanted to find someone to play with.

Most Pitbull owners are responsible for their animals. Unfortunately, a few owners train their dogs to be aggressive and intimidating, giving the dog its bad reputation. These owners often see these dogs as a sign of status or a means to terrify people.

The Staffordshire Bull Terrier has a reputation much like the Pitbull. It is so feared by some that PETA submitted a petition to have it banned from the UK earlier this year. A counter-petition of 160,000 signatures urged the government to reject this ban.

Ultimately the decision was not to ban the Staffie. If you are a dog owner, be a responsible one.
