Woody Harrelson Shares Heartfelt Poem Dedicated To ‘Adorable’ Lookalike Baby

Speaking with TODAY, Harrelson talked about how he was a bit rambunctious during this time and had “loose morals” as a partier. However, he continued to show off his amazing skills as an actor, and his career further progressed as the years went by, leading to a stream of awards for successful roles.

Nowadays, many people recognize Harrelson for his roles in “True Detective,” “The People vs. Larry Flynt,” “Natural Born Killers” and “The Hunger Games” franchise. However, he had to overcome many obstacles to get where he is today.

Harrelson grew up poor as his family relied solely on his mother’s wages since his father, Charles, was a convicted hitman. He also encountered legal troubles later in life.

Nowadays, Harrelson is known for his work as an activist and actor. He also has a beautiful family. He met his current wife, Laura Louie, in 1987 when she worked as his personal assistant on “Cheers,” according to the Associated Press. The pair live with their three daughters in Maui, Hawaii. However, according to IMDB, Harrelson is still very busy in the entertainment industry and has plenty of projects in the works.

And while Harrelson’s story has captured hearts all over the world, so has a viral photograph of a baby with a striking resemblance to the actor.

A photo of a baby looking incredibly similar to Harrelson has taken the world by storm. On Aug. 3, 2022, Dani Grier Mulvenna uploaded a photo to her Twitter of her baby smiling with the caption, “OK but how does our daughter look like Woody Harrelson.”

The internet clearly agreed with the mom as many people shared the post and responded with their thoughts. Amazingly, Harrelson himself saw the photo and was so moved by stumbling across his tiny doppelganger that he couldn’t help but share some kind words.

He went to Instagram the very next day to share a thoughtful poem with the world that he wrote based on the resemblance between him and Mulvenna’s baby. Harrelson titled the poem “Ode to Cora,” and wrote:

“You're an adorable child / Flattered to be compared / You have a wonderful smile / I just wish I had your hair.”

Mulvenna was shocked to see the actor take the time to write something so sweet and hilarious about her baby and posted her reaction on Twitter. “It’s not every day Woody Harrelson writes your daughter a poem,” she wrote.

While many people already knew how talented Harrelson was, he can now add poetry to his list of skills. And if he ever needs to hire the perfect baby to play his child in a film, we have a good idea of who he could cast.
