Although life can be stressful and tiresome, and the days can be long and arduous, there’s nothing like breaking the monotony and getting re-energized on the dance floor! Regardless if you enjoy dancing in your living room or out on the town with friends, dancing is an activity that is nourishing for the soul. This is especially so when dancing is paired with your favorite style of music. This dance video from the Korea Noble Line Dance group in 2015, which is set to Kenny Loggins' song Footloose, proves just how uplifting dance can be.

Their fun and innovative performance is a treat to the eyes; the internet certainly seems to agree as their content has spread like wildfire online! Put on your cowboy boots and grab your best dancing attire, because these gals might just light the fire in you to begin dancing along with them!

Released in 1984 by Kenny Loggins, Footloose has been a cultural classic for many people. Since it has such a catchy lyrical rhythm and tune, it’s almost impossible not to be caught up in the song once it begins to play. However, the ladies in the video perform the Blake Shelton rendition; it’s popular for having an amazingly country twist!

A group of eight women from Korea Noble Line Dance begin in front of a mirror; they are all dressed similarly in denim shorts or skirts, and each wears a red top. Although their outfits may be similar, the girls come from a diverse age range. After Shelton begins his singing, the dancers begin their country-themed routine.

If you thought that having a couple of older women meant that the troupe would perform at a more leisurely pace, then you are sorely mistaken! They all quickly get their hands clapping and their boots moving while staying in perfect unity with one another. Truly, the only item they’re missing is enough cowgirl hats to go around!

Once a series of fast steps are finished, the group rotates about 90 degrees to the left and begins the routine all over again. The choreography was organized by Levi J. Hubbard and Starla Rodgers. Not only does it appear to be super fun to perform, but it's super cool to observe such a wide array of body types and ages rock it out as a group! Some viewers commented about how they could never get tired of watching the routine; it was absolutely mesmerizing. Many wished they could give the video 1000 likes instead of merely one!

Although not everyone has had the opportunity to visit a country-western bar and attempt to dance the night away, this allows people from even unexpected places to indulge in their love of line dancing. The group also is able to perform what's called the “Boot Scootin’ Boogie.” This is an interesting shuffle-like dance that involves more dragging one’s cowboy boots across the floor rather than tapping or stomping.

Although Footloose revolves around the banning of dance, there’s clearly nothing that can stop this group of determined girls from fulfilling their calls to dance in life! Eventually, the entire group has rotated a full 360 degrees. However, after they begin to face the mirror once more, the song repeats the same cycle, and they all start over again! It’s obvious to all who watch the much-viewed video that the beauty of country music knows no borders!

What do you think about having a country-western flair version of “Footloose”? Have you or your friends ever attempted to bust out some country-style moves of your own? We want to hear all about it! And make sure your friends and family members don't miss out on this great dance routine.
