Page, one of the founding Wiggle members, had officially left the band but had reunited with the group to perform in a charity event being held for bushfire relief in Sydney, Australia.

After an hour and a half of singing and dancing, Page was leaving the stage when he fell forward and entered into cardiac arrest much to the horror of his fellow bandmates, as detailed here at ABC News

With hundreds watching in the audience and further thousands online, paramedics rushed to the entertainer's side, administering CPR in a desperate effort to save his life.

As a black curtain was drawn across the stage, the crowd, unknowing of Page's condition, chanted for more songs. Shocked fellow performer Murray Cook addressed the sold-out venue saying there will be no encore, since "Greg isn't feeling real well."

Reeling after the incident, the band later tweeted that they visited Greg in the hospital saying that he wanted to thank everyone for their well wishes while staying concerned about the bushfire fundraiser.

A NSW Ambulance spokesperson reported that paramedics were called to the venue after a man had gone into cardiac arrest. They said a 48-year-old male who had collapsed was being treated in hospital in a serious but stable condition.

We hope that Greg is going to recover and be back to his former self very soon! Pass this video on to anyone who may not have heard about the incident and keep him in your thoughts.
