Where Prince William And Kate Middleton's Young Bridesmaids And Page Boys Are Today

If a pair of new anniversary photos are any indication, Prince William and Kate Middleton still seem to be very much in love a decade after the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s wedding.

Ahead of the Cambridge couple’s April 29 anniversary, the @kensingtonroyal Instagram account posted two never-before-seen photos of William and Middleton embracing each other in what made for a pair of romantic shots.

A decade ago, William and Middleton exchanged vows in front of the world at Westminster Abbey. The heavily publicized wedding prompted street parties across England, William and Middleton merchandise and plenty of speculation about how the royal couple would navigate their roles as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge. The couple is particularly prominent in the royal family given that William is second in line to the throne after his father, Prince Charles, the Duke of Wales.

At the time of Middleton and William’s marriage, the couple had been together for eight years, after having started dating at University of St. Andrews in Scotland, where the two completed their undergraduate degrees. Since then, the Cambridge couple have been busy building a family, including 3-year-old Prince Louis, 5-year-old Princess Charlotte and 7-year-old Prince George. And when they aren’t taking care of the Cambridge brood, the prince and Middleton act as prominent public figures in the United Kingdom, where they also contribute philanthropically through their official charity fund.

Since Thursday marks this power couple’s wedding anniversary, we’ll be commemorating the occasion by taking a look at where Middleton and William’s bridesmaids and page boys are a decade after they made an appearance at the duke and duchess’ grand wedding.

Grace van Cutsem

Grace van Cutsem is perhaps one of the ceremonies most memorable bridesmaids thanks to the seemingly grumpy attitude this young girl was in throughout the wedding. Throughout pictures from the event, we can see a 3-year-old Grace wearing a scowl, covering her ears and looking just plain unapproachable — especially given the joyous occasion.

According to The Sun, Grace, now 13, has two younger siblings Rafe and Charlie, who attend a private school in the city of Oxfordshire.

William and Middleton originally selected Grace — perhaps in spite of her moodiness — because of the prince’s close relationship with her father, the banker Hugh van Cutsem.

Eliza Lopes, 3 at the time of William and Middleton’s marriage, is part of the royal family as the granddaughter to Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall. Camilla had Eliza’s mother, Laura Lopes, as part of a different marriage.

Although Eliza isn’t in the spotlight much given her more distant relationship to the royals, The Sun reports that the cute 3-year-old we remember from the wedding ceremony is now a 13-year-old big sister to twin brothers Gus and Louis.

Lady Louise Windsor

You might have heard of Lady Louise Windsor because of her prominent parents — Prince Edward and Sophie Countess of Wessex. While she was just 7 years old at the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s wedding, today Louise is a flourishing young woman who is studying for A levels (subject-based qualification exams for university in the U.K.) in history, English, politics and drama, according to The Sun.

Because Louise is nearly an adult at 17, the young lady has been spotted carrying out royal duties along with her parents, including appearances at royal celebrations. She must be doing a good job, as The Sun further reports that Louise is said to be Queen Elizabeth II’s favorite grandchild.

Lady Margarita Armstrong-Jones

Lady Margarita Armstrong-Jones is the Second Earl of Snowden David Armstrong-Jones’ daughter, which makes her the granddaughter of Princess Margaret. Margarita was the oldest of the bridesmaids, participating in the ceremony at 8 years old. Now, ten years later, the 18-year-old has made a name for herself in the modeling and fashion world, having worked with Kids Company, the Chelsea Ballet School and a Dior show at Blenheim Palace, according to The Sun. The young adult currently lives in the Chelsea neighborhood of London, an affluent district known for high-end fashion boutiques and expensive restaurants.

Tom Pettifer, the son Alexandra Pettifer (aka Tiggy Legge-Bourke), once Prince William and Harry's nanny, was one of just two page boys at the duke and duchess’ wedding. Tom, like Margarita, is 18, though not much is known about the young man. Instead, much of the press’ attention has been focused on his mother, who The Sun reports clashed with Princess Diana when she was alive. Despite the controversy surrounding her post as a nanny, the Pettifer family has an undoubtedly close relationship with William and Prince Harry.

Tom and his mother were even spotted at Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s wedding in 2018.

William Lowther-Pinkerton

William Lowther-Pinkerton was the oldest of the page and bridesmaids bunch at 10 years old. Like Tom, William’s father, Jamie Lowther-Pinkerton, worked for the royal family as an aide and private secretary, though he left his position in 2013, according to The Sun.

With that said, Jamie remains close with the family, as he is of one of Prince George’s godparents. William, now 20, has remained out of the spotlight, and so developments in the young man’s life have gone unreported. Thankfully, we won’t ever forget the cute smile he wore throughout the duke and duchess’ wedding.
