The receptors located on your skin interact with oils that you use. There are receptors on numerous areas of your body, allowing for some interesting feelings to occur if you know what kind of oils to use and the exact places to rub them when you're experiencing certain feelings.

Head

Since this is the area at the top of your body, it makes sense to start by putting essential oils on your forehead and on your temples. Peppermint is a good oil to use as well as Tranquil essential oil, especially if you need to relax or if you have a headache.

Neck

Relax some of the muscles in your neck using Deep Relief. This provides a cooling feeling that begins to soothe tight and sore muscles.

Shoulders
