When Her Twin Goes To The Doctor, This Little Girl Turns To God With An Adorable Prayer

Oct 15, 2018 by apost team

Praying for those you love is something that most of us do. It can really help those who are in trouble. Children will copy what their mom and dads do as they want to be just like them, even in prayer.

They learn that prayer can change things and believe in this power, probably more so than some adults. One of the things that most children pray about is for someone to feel better when they are sick.

This little girl found out that her twin brother is sick and needs to go to the doctor. He is going to the doctor because he has an ear infection. This made her sad and very concerned. She knew she had to take things to God. With her hands clasped and her eyes tightly closed she began her prayer.

Her mom videos her as she begins. "Dear God, I love you and..." She continues on with her prayer for her brother. You can tell it is coming straight from her heart. No one put those words into her mouth. She was very genuine in what she was saying. As she finishes, she ends with "...and they lived happily ever after, Amen.".

Mom praises her daughter. You can tell she is so proud of her. As she praising her, the little girl interrupts her and tells her that she forgot to include something in her prayer. She bows her head and begins to pray again. She is really into it. This little tot praying is one of the cutest things you will see.

It might be hard to make out all of what she is saying exactly but that doesn't really matter. She knows what she is saying and so does God. That is all that matters. She ends her second prayer in the same way "...and they lived happily ever after, Amen.". We all could learn how to care for others a little more. It is wonderful to see a little child showing us just how to do so.

The mom was so proud of her daughter that she knew she had to show this video to the world. I'm sure you have someone else that would love to see this little girl putting her faith in God, too!
