• First, let`s have a look at the difference between the first two numbers in the sequence: 99 - 92 = 7  
• Now if you do the same with number two and three, you get 92-86 = 6
• If you continue this, you`ll see that the difference between 86 and 81 is 5
• And the difference between 81 and 77 is 4.
• So the pattern seems to be 7, 6, 5, 4...
• That means, to get to the final solution you need to deduct the number 3 from 77, which makes the solution....?
