Watch This Adorable Baby Elephant Play And Imitate A Man Who Was Sliding In The Rain

You’ll often catch baby elephants doing just the most adorable activities. When you watch them for long enough, you’re sure to find these gentle little beings doing the cutest things! Baby elephants are known for being funny and playful, despite their already large size.

This was definitely the case when it came to the elephant in the video we are about to show you. A baby elephant was caught on film imitating the sliding skills of his human pal. While it happened a few years ago, the video is again making the rounds of social media.

When you see it, you will understand why it came back! You’ll want to watch it again and again- it’s just that funny!

In the absolutely adorable video clip, you can see an older elephant walking with a baby elephant. With them is a man who begins to have trouble in the wet grass. Instead of getting upset, he starts to have fun with it! The ground is soaking wet and water is spraying everywhere.

The man starts to run and slide in the wet grass, laughing and shrieking as he does so.

When the baby calf sees the man having fun, he decides to try it out for himself! He copies the man by sliding in the wet grass, as you can see for yourself in the video below. Best of all, you can really hear how happy the calf sounds!

His shrieks of joy are enough to crack anyone up. When the man starts running, so does the baby elephant, along with the older animal. When he walks, the elephants walk. It’s just too cute how they try to imitate him!

We are glad that these elephants are being treated so well. They are obviously healthy and happy in their safe environment. Sadly, not every elephant is treated in this way. Many are still being hunted and killed for their ivory tusks.

Poaching is still a crime, and it is a crime that could deplete the population of elephants. Check out the cute video of the elephant calf right here:
