Watch As Mom And Three Daughters Amaze Britain’s Got Talent Judges With Their Flawless Harmony

Simon Cowell really knows how to build up the suspense in Britain’s Got Talent. While all of the other judges quickly called this mother-daughter quartet “brilliant,” “mesmerizing,” and “stunning,” Simon opened up with a confession.

He stated that he wasn’t sure why the mother was in the group until she hit the high note of the song.

But he was right. He means THIS high note!

As it turns out, Helen, the mother of the group, wasn’t originally part of the act. The trio, comprised of Rachael and twins Abi and Anna, first auditioned together as a trio. They spoke to the judges about their gospel music background before the actual audition. Suddenly, that is what the judges wanted to hear! But the trio will only sing gospel music along with their mother. That’s why Helen joined them onstage and sang her heart out!

Helen said she was really only there as a chaperone and didn’t expect anything like that to happen to her.

The quartet sang “Take Me Home” by Jesse Glynee in perfect harmony. They perfected this song after many years of performing together as a family unit. No one could have ever guessed that this was the very first time they had ever performed before a live audience!

The story gets even better when you hear the many challenges the Garnett family faced for years. Her husband left almost two decades earlier when their twins were only six-months-old. Helen had to raise three daughters on her own with limited funds, including having to rely on thrift store clothes, hand-me-downs, and a stretched-thin food budget.

Helen says that she just hopes that what she and her daughters have been through will be an inspiration for others. She says they are living proof that as long as you have ambition you can succeed at anything you want!
