One elderly woman is proving that you are never too old to check things off of your bucket list.

Mari Ann Lisenbe lovingly tells the story of how her mother, affectionately known as Grandma Riggs, wanted to celebrate her 102nd birthday. It was no surprise that grandma wanted to do something related to horses, one of her true passions in life. However, what did take everyone by surprise was when grandma decided that she wanted to ride the horses.

Despite her love for the elegant animal, grandma had never actually ridden a horse before. But grandma decided that there was no time like the present as she made her way over to a beautiful cream-colored steed.

Grandma leaned against her red walker and was able to get up on the horse with the help of a stable hand. In the video, you can hear Mari Ann offering her support to her mother and encouraging her as she makes it to the top.

Once on top of the horse, grandma exclaimed that this was no time to be nervous while she also instructed her daughter to take her picture.

The kind stable hand continued to offer his professional guidance to grandma, assuring her that he had a good hold on her. The sweet horse traveled slow and steady with his precious cargo on top.

Grandma even said that she wanted to come back and do it again on her 103rd birthday. What a goal to have!

This touching video proves that you are never too old to achieve your dreams. After you have watched the triumphant journey of this spry grandma, be sure to spread the love to everyone else that you know.
