‘Unstoppable’ 6-Year-Old Girl Scout Shattered Records With 87,000 Cookie Boxes Sold

Girl Scout cookie season is more than a sweet tradition — it’s a fundraising effort that teaches girls confidence, communication, and goal-setting. Each year, scouts across the United States sell cookies to support troop adventures, service projects, and personal milestones.

According to the official Girl Scouts of the USA, cookie season typically runs from January through April, making it one of the organization’s most recognizable programs. In Pennsylvania, one young Girl Scout took that experience to an extraordinary level.

Pim Neill, a 6-year-old Daisy Scout from Pittsburgh, set out with a simple goal: sell enough cookies to earn a spot at scout camp. But what started as a modest fundraiser quickly became a record-breaking mission that drew widespread attention. Pim sold nearly 87,000 boxes of Girl Scout cookies — a staggering number for any scout, especially one in kindergarten.

Pim’s ambitions grew step by step. First, she aimed to sell the most cookies among her group of 11 kindergartners. After that, she set a goal of 5,000 boxes, then aimed for 10,000, and eventually began chasing records far beyond her troop and state. Her family supported her effort using a mix of traditional and modern strategies.

In detail, they went door-to-door, promoted sales through Facebook groups, and used TikTok and Facebook to share updates with supporters. Through it all, Pim remained focused on one big dream — earning the top prize and turning cookie sales into an opportunity for adventure, community impact, and personal pride.

Pim’s achievements ultimately illustrated how youthful ambition, when supported by community and family, can turn everyday opportunities into moments of inspiration.

Her father, Luke Anorak-Neill, described her drive in one powerful sentence:

“Pim is literally unstoppable.”

He then shared that her ultimate target was much bigger than a typical cookie season goal.

“Pim’s goal is 100,026 boxes so she can go to Girl Scout Camp this summer, go on adventures with her troop and bring some amazing service projects to her community,” Anorak-Neill wrote on Facebook.

He added that Pim had hoped “to sell ‘more cookies than anyone’ and we are tackling her goal a few (thousand) at a time. Pim has shattered several national records and is looking to crumble the world record for most boxes sold.”

Pim began selling cookies on Jan. 6, 2026, and within four days, she had already sold 800 boxes, according to CBS News Pittsburgh. Her family kept the momentum going by tracking daily totals online, encouraging preorders, and spreading the word across their community.

Anorak-Neill described how much effort Pim put into her goal:

“Pim has been out knocking on doors everyday after school and on the weekends so long as the weather allows. She calls people, hands out flyers, and asks everyone at church and community activities. We are excited to get preorders so she can deliver cookies and continue bringing joy! Place your order online today!”

Her journey also included difficult moments. Pim faced delays joining a troop and was mocked due to her disabilities — an experience her father called “brutal.” He recalled that at “one cookie booth… the one lady literally screamed at us… that my child’s disabilities would hold a troop back and that she didn’t want Pim in her troop. She told us to go find a playgroup for disabled kids.”

Still, Pim persisted.

“Pim’s first few meetings were very hard. Her disabilities were things we had to overcome, but everyone was supportive,” Anorak-Neill said.

Today, her determination has rewritten what’s possible — one cookie box at a time.
