Toddler Rants Adorably After His Mom Leaves Without Giving Him A Goodbye Kiss

There is nothing more precious than a child who loves affection. And this young boy was so used to receiving a thoughtful goodbye from his mom that his entire day seemed to be flipped upside down when his busy mother rushed off without giving him a farewell kiss.

We bet that Diana Simos will never forget kissing her kids goodbye again. According to WESH 2, the mom from Jacksonville, Florida, was in a rush one morning as she sped out the door of her home. She was in such a hurry that she forgot one vital ritual.

Simos was leaving her two children at home with her husband. But 2-year-old Alexander was clearly not happy that his mommy forgot to give him a kiss on her way out. You never really realize how much kids rely on the routines of daily life until it is disrupted. It is clear that little Alexander was not happy at all that his mom forgot to give him a proper goodbye.

Alexander's dad happened to catch the reaction on camera, and the video has proven to be simply adorable. The clip started with Alexander looking sad, but that quickly changed as he became extremely animated, admonishing his mom for forgetting to give him a kiss goodbye.

The father was undoubtedly amused by the whole situation, even going so far as to egg on Alexander to continue on with his precious rant.

Simos posted the video on her Facebook, and it did not take long for it to go viral. The doting mom said that she made up for the parenting slip by giving Alexander a ton of kisses since then.

When Alexander’s dad caught the boy’s reaction, he decided to film it. Alexander’s mom, Simos, later posted it online for the worldwide web to see.

"My baby Alex was very upset he didn’t get the proper goodbye. He had a lot to say and my husband got it all on video," she wrote in her post.

In the video, Alexander’s words were difficult to understand, but his father seemed to perfectly grasp everything the tiny tot was trying to say. By Alexander’s dad’s understanding, the little boy’s mom forgot to give him a kiss and went off to leave for the day, leaving behind a heartbroken Alexander. The toddler pointed to his baby sibling as if to say that the smaller one also didn’t get a kiss goodbye.

Alexander expressed that he wanted to give his mom a kiss, but he never got the chance to do so. His dad said, “Aw man,” to which Alexander adorably mimicked, “Aw man!”

People were incredibly amused by the hilarious video and shared their appreciation for Alexander’s sweet reaction.

One person said, “So beautiful to watch he is passionate about his kiss and that of the family from his loving mother. So hilarious in his protest with a supportive sister throwing her bottle.”

Another person commented, “This was just adorable he is really expressing how he feels and Love how dad is responding back is so cool.”
