Most kids dream of bicycles and gaming systems for Christmas. Little Mason Reese was more than happy to simply receive some produce from the grocery store for his holiday gifts.

A few years ago, a video clip of Mason opening his Christmas gifts quickly went viral and it is easy to see why once you watch it for yourself. The sweet boy from Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania opened a gift bag to find a variety of fresh food, including a banana, a zucchini, and a head of broccoli.

The video was originally posted online by Holly Adams, an aunt of Mason. Holly made sure to point out that Mason received other Christmas gifts, too. However, it is clear that he truly loved his vegetables and fruit. As he opened the gift Mason can be heard saying in the video, "Look, broccoli!"

Lianne explained to Inside Edition that Mason developed a love for healthy and fresh food after he was diagnosed with Food Protein-Induced Enterocolitis Syndrome (FPIES) as an infant. This extremely rare food allergy disorder necessitated that Mason eat mostly fruits and vegetables for the first few years of life.

Thankfully, Mason no longer has the food allergy. However, his love of fruits and vegetables has continued to thrive, making it no surprise that he was so happy to receive this gift.

The clip of this adorable boy and his joy will surely put a smile on your face. After you have watched the sweet video, be sure to spread the holiday cheer to your friends and family.
