That there is still kindness in this world was proven recently in Boston when a group of college students offered a homeless man a free ticket to a Red Sox baseball game.

Pedro Lugo, Sean Wetzonis, and Francisco Rios were planning to go the game at Fenway Park with another friend until he canceled at the last minute.

The trio of friends was left wondering what to do with the extra ticket. They considered asking another friend or selling the ticket to pick up some extra cash.

But in the end, one of the young men, Pedro, approached a homeless man named John sitting outside of Fenway Park and asked him if he would like to go to the game with them.

While Pedro's two pals were surprised at first, it did not take them long to warm up to the idea of offering the extra ticket to somebody who would truly appreciate it.

A few minutes later, John appeared to be having the time of his life, cheering on the Red Sox team.

John reveled in all of the classic Fenway Park traditions, including singing along to the iconic “Sweet Caroline”. Sean said how great it was that John was completely immersed in the experience of game day.

Many fans are constantly staring at their phones during the game. Not John, he was soaking it all in.

It is a sure bet that none of these four men will soon forget this special night. They even were able to capture video of themselves enjoying the moment with John. After you have watched this heartwarming video, be sure to spread the joy to everyone you know.
