Turn on the radio and you will find there is plenty of musical talent established on the music scene.

However, some of the greatest musical talent out there may be hiding in plain sight.

Two construction workers from Indiana prove this to be true. Josh Arnett and Aaron Gray both grew up singing in gospel choirs. According to their website, they met and became friends while they were teenagers. Their shared love for music and God made their friendship even stronger.

As adults, they work together doing contract work. While doing their daily work, they also are known to belt out a few songs. They call themselves The Singing Contractors.

Back in 2015, Josh and Aaron created a video of their rendition of a gospel classic, "How Great Thou Art." They uploaded it to youtube and it took off. Their rendition included a guest singer, fellow contractor Paul Bigger. They created a perfect harmony that only the angels could top.

The video attracted over 600.000 views. After hearing their angelic voices, their fans praised their talent. Josh and Aaron thanked their fans for the praise but remained humble. Their only goal is to uplift God and encourage people along the way.

Josh offered a brief explanation about where the duo came from and where their name originated on their website. A few years before, they had been doing subcontract work on the same job site. They struck up a tune and ended up recording it. After uploading it to social media, people started asking for more songs by the Singing Contractors.

The duo happily obliged, putting up several songs on both YouTube and Facebook. Their fan base grew, eventually drawing the attention of Paul Sizelove, the president of the Gaither Music Group. He offered the pair a recording deal.

The Singing Contractors put out their debut album in February of this year. It's called “Workin’ on a Building: Hymns and Gospel Classics”. They aren't ready to quit their contracting work quite yet. But, they are over the moon about their new album.
