Three Celeb "Shallow" Covers That Absolutely Deserve Gaga and Bradley's Seal of Approval

Although it is still a pretty new song, other artists have already covered the Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper hit "Shallow." The song was one of the most loved songs from the Oscar-nominated film "A Star is Born," starring both Gaga and Cooper. Here are three of our favorite covers from celebrity performers across the internet.

One of the best covers of the song has come from pop star Kelly Clarkson. In an intimate performance, Clarkson introduced the song talking about how much she has enjoyed her personal interactions with Gaga over the years. She begins the emotional song singing slowly and deeply but launches into the crescendo with great ease. Although she does not have Cooper on stage accompanying her, she is still able to do the song justice on her own. This talented singer has the pipes to carry any song.

Nick Jonas from the Jonas Brothers posted a cover of "Shallow" on his Instagram in an up-close-and-personal acoustic cover of the song. He posted the video in honor of Oscars weekend in February and gave another cute little clue about the video that made the song lyrics even more romantic. He captioned it with the words "🎶 🎥 @priyankachopra" letting us know that his beautiful new wife was the one taking the video.

The "Glee" stars Lea Michele and Darren Criss recently went on tour together, singing as LMDC in 28 cities across the country and Europe. When a powerhouse duet is released, of course, Lea and Darren have to cover it. The song is perfect for their soaring voices, evidenced by their San Francisco appearance. Lea absolutely kills the Gaga crescendo as almost nobody can. This cover is especially powerful for the inclusion of live drums.

The Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper original version was performed at the Oscars in a memorable evening on a stripped-down stage. If you haven't watched the incredible chemistry yet, the video is above. It was filmed so beautifully much like the intimate style of the movie, and naturally, the two voices intertwined wonderfully just like their characters.
