This Peanut Butter Lasagna Is Pure Creamy, Dreamy Perfection

This recipe is a dessert version of your favorite homemade lasagna. The treat is made of a chocolate cookie crust and has chocolate, peanut butter center that will make your mouth water. Then it is topped off with a thick layer of whipped creme. The Peanut Butter Lasagna is a pleasure to make and will be hard for you to resist.

The recipe is broken down into three simple parts for each ingredient; step one is the cookie crust, step two is the peanut butter filling, and step three is the chocolate filling. Ingredients:

Cookie Crust

 

  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 1/3 cup of melted butter

Peanut Butter Filling

  • 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream

Chocolate Filling

  • 2 boxes of chocolate pudding
  • 2 3/4 cups of milk

Toppings

  • Whipped cream
  • 1 bag of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
  • Peanut butter chips
  • Chocolate syrup

Directions

Crust

First, you crush your cookies until fine, then stir in melted butter. Place mixture into a baking pan and press it down until smooth. Then, set in your freezer.

Peanut Butter Filling

Next, you mix your cream cheese, milk, and peanut butter. You will stop mixing when the filling forms a puffy consistency. Then, you add powdered sugar into the mixture, slowly. Work in the whipped topping. Next, you take out the pan in the freezer and smooth filling on top of the crust, then return the pan to the fridge.

Chocolate Filling

You make the filling by combining pudding mix and milk. Smooth filling over the other filling, and return to the freezer. After a couple of minutes, you can add your desired toppings. Refrigerate for a minimum of three hours and enjoy!
