You can use this simple essential oil cleanse as often as your skin requires. Some use it as often as a couple of times a day while others see benefits by doing it only once a week:

  1. Splash your face with warm water to open up the pores.
  2. Massage the oil into the face for two or three minutes. Always use upward massage motions to avoid pulling or dragging the skin.
  3. Leave the oil on the face for a minimum of one minute.
  4. Soak a washcloth in warm water.
  5. Place the wet washcloth over the face and leave for about 20 to 30 seconds.
  6. Wipe the oil off your face using gentle swipes of the washcloth.
  7. Repeat the washcloth procedure until the face is clear of oil.
