Over the past few weeks, one Facebook user has come up with a new math puzzle that is baffling Facebook users all over the world.

When doing this riddle, many people end up coming up with either 40 or 96. While 8 + 11 is equal to 19, there are several reasons why both 40 and 96 could be correct answers. The way that people come up with these answers seems to be based on whether the use addition or multiplication.

However, a third answer has recently come out, which some are also considering to be acceptable. This third correct answer, 201, seems to be a more confusing way to approach the riddle.

The reason why people struggle to come up with the right answer can be perplexing. The main reason why is that many people end up being more closed-minded about these issues than others. For those that are looking for an answer that is definitive, which is common with math problems, solving these logic puzzles will always be hard. For this problem to be solved, you will need to be able to think outside the box and attack the issue from a variety of different angles. Ultimately, you may even determine that there are an infinite number of solutions.
