If you are reading this, chances are you don't feel okay today. You may be worn out, exhausted, and stressed;however, there is still hope to save your mood. Everyone deserves to be happy. Nothing can quite do what real happiness can for the mind and body. The good news is, you can find happiness no matter where you are in your life. However, you aren't going to have to put some effort in to find real happiness. It isn't going to happen all by itself. Once you are productive, focused, and goal oriented, it is just a matter of time until true happiness finds you.

You need to remember that no other human on Earth is every day how you are. You are unique, special, and deserve happiness. Even if your friends and family aren't checking on you. Even if you are lonely. You are still a special person.

Being lazy is perfectly fine as long as you don't do it everyday. Being productive is the goal to finding real happiness. So find something that you are interested in and follow it. Even if you can't make a living doing what you love, you can still find happiness in your hobbies. By having something to look forward to and focus on you will be able to find happiness, at least you will be happy when you are doing what you love.

This doesn't mean you have to follow your dreams every day. It's perfectly fine to have a lazy day where you don't do anything. It is hard enough to simply get by; however, if you don't have hopes and dreams, you are never going to get past your unhappy moods. If you spend all day today trying to simply get by, that's okay. But if you do not find something to take your mind off things, you may be unhappy for the rest of your life. So relax by the TV, binge a television show, and wear comfy clothes. You can begin your path to happiness tomorrow, or even the next day.
