According to Redditor MrMagoo21, a road trip with your wife isn't exactly what you'd expect it to be. Most people traveling with their significant others have a road trip buddy, a singing partner, a navigator, and a snack distributor to take along with them.

MrMagoo21's wife does accompany him on all of his road trips; she doesn't take on the traditional role of the road trip partner. Instead, she does what all of us wish we could be doing on road trips: having a little me-time.

With every road trip, MrMagoo21 takes pictures of his wife's preferred in-car activity: napping. He attributes his wife's frequent sleeping to her having car sickness as a kid. When she was growing up, her mom would give her motion sickness medicine to help her fall asleep easily in the car.

While MrMagoo21 is stuck behind the wheel, he gets a kick out of taking photos of his wife. Thankfully, he posted them to Reddit so the rest of the Internet can enjoy them too.

1. MrMagoo21 is driving, his wife is asleep with the seat still upright. With her head tilted to the side, sunglasses on, his wife is clearly knocked out. She sure was sleepy!

2. The couple is on another trip, this time with the wife's seat completely reclined and her mouth open. We can only imagine how well she must be sleeping. MrMagoo21 stares at the camera knowingly, captioning the picture with, "classic 'slack jaw'".

3. As the sun streams in the windows, the wife peacefully sleeps with the "warmth of the sun...like a blanket."

4. On another trip, MrMagoo21's wife sleeps soundly, even with a furry friend resting on her lap.
