Ingredients

  • 1 c milk
  • .5 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 c onion
  • 1 tbs steak sauce
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp beef flavored bouillon

Directions

1. Heat up the skillet on medium-high heat

2. Place the ground beef in the skillet

3. Add in the chopped onions to the beef in the skillet

4. Stir Frequently

5. Brown the meat until there is no more pink

6. If needed, drain the meat in a strainer. Return the meat to the skillet

7. Mix the meat, flour, beef bouillon, and steak sauce

8. Slowly pour the milk in with the rest of the items

9. Cook until the sauce boils and thickens

10. Remove from the skillet and serve immediately

Optional: You can serve this with mashed potatoes and vegetables
