Dr. Amit Sood doesn't claim to hold all of the answers about life or perform any miracle. He works as a professor of medicine at the Mayo Clinic. He is also a fellow member of the American College of Physicians, and a well-regarded researcher and practitioner in numerous areas of medicine.

One of his achievements is that he has crafted a theory about how to have a brain that is happy and full of life.

He created a short video on how to nurture a happy brain. The video is backed by a lot of different theories and explanations. Watch the video and see if you can possibly learn from these lessons.

In this video, Broody is a brain that is not happy. He doubts himself all the time and fears a lot in life.

His friend decided to take him to a class so that he could learn about how brains could be happy.

In order to understand that, it is important to know the three traits associated with the brain.

  1. Your brain is capable of feeling the same kind of pain that other people go through.
  2. Your brain can't really determine reality from imagination.
  3. Your brain can't really differentiate between physical pain and emotional pain.

The video further explains that in order to be happy, you should try and enter a state of being grateful. Have compassion for other people instead of thinking negatively. If you follow these simple suggestions, then you'll find that your brain will likely flip a switch so that you're a happier person.
