2. Heat up milk to almost boiling temperature in a separate pan. Once hot, add milk one cup at a time to your melted butter. Whisk until smooth. Once all the milk is added, boil and cook for 10 additional minutes. Stir constantly. Season your sauce at the end with your salt and nutmeg.

3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Throw 1 package of beef into a large bowl. Add parsley and paprika, as well as salt and pepper. Mix until evenly distributed.

4. Peel your three potatoes. Boil until soft, which usually takes around seven minutes or so. Chop potatoes into slices. Arrange neatly on the bottom of a round baking dish. Layer the potatoes flat onto the bottom as well as the sides.

5. Work your meat mixture from step 3 into meatballs the size of ice cream scoops. You should have enough for 15 meatballs. Arrange onto the layered slices of potatoes.

6. Use the rest of your potato slices to create walls between each meatball. Then, pour the already made béchamel sauce into each of these walls until they appear full. Top the dish with a layer of mozzarella cheese.

7. Bake your dish in the oven for 15 minutes. Once finished, it will be an amazingly cheesy and creamy dish inspired by French cuisine that your entire family will be sure to love!
