According to her official website, Rolle currently works as the General Counsel and Vice President of the aviation company based in the Bahamas. She is the youngest executive on the team and has been in control of the airline for a few years.

Instead of working to maintain the status quo, Rolle was dedicated to growing her parents' business to new heights. In fact, Rolle has been able to raise Western Air's value to an impressive $90 million.

The young company executive recently sat down with Bauce Magazine for a candid interview. Rolle credited her loving parents for creating such a thriving and robust company.

"My parents worked tirelessly and persevered in developing this business by saving their money and doing their research with various aircraft brokers. " She said, "My parents were eventually fortunate enough through faith, their persistence and dedication in their business plan to [receive offers] from two aviation investors from the U.S. From that moment moving forward, Western Air Limited was a dream that is now a reality."

Despite the competitive market, Rexy's parents were able to fill in the missing pieces. The couple realized that many of the 700 islands in the Bahamas weren't accessible by plane.

Western Air was first established to cater to this market. This unique business strategy ensured that the young company wasn't facing any direct challenges at the beginning of their growth.

Today, Rexy has been placed in charge of overseeing the company's operations. She ensures that Western Air continues to provide quality service. Rexy is dedicated to ensuring that every aspect of a Western Air passenger's trip is smooth and comfortable.

Rexy has also set her sights on social media marketing for continuing the company's growth. In the past, her parents relied on grassroots marketing for spreading the news of their business. Rexy is ready to bring Western Air's marketing efforts into the 21st century.
