The performance begins with Amira's soft voice slowly building to the crescendo of the traditional Christmas carol. With her eyes closed, Amira is not aware that all eyes of the audience at Petrus Canisius Church are on her. The crowd is mesmerized by the performance and it is easy to visualize angels floating above Amira as she reaches the climatic end of the song.

Although she is originally from Nijmegen, Amira now spends her time in her mother's homeland of South Africa. Amira has plenty of free time to be able to practice her music and explore other interests.

As the former winner of "Holland's Got Talent," it is clear that Amira has a load of talent that will take her to many special places. With the voice of an angel, she is the perfect choice to sing this moving Christmas song.

We could all use a little inspiration as we go through this busy holiday season.
