A strong woman knows that emotions aren’t vulnerabilities. She’s not fearful of allowing herself to be sad or hurt. Emotions are sources of strength, perseverance, and knowledge. She knows that she must first admit her feelings and give herself time to heal before she can regain her footing. 7. She Chooses Forgiveness Over Revenge

Revenge is an easy route, often simply requiring you to follow the negative energy. In the end, however, it’s a mental prison that becomes impossible to escape. A strong woman doesn’t fall into this trap. She opts for the positivity of forgiveness and moves onward wiser and stronger.
