The Voice Judges Gwen Stefani And Blake Shelton Are Engaged — 'Yes Please'

It’s finally happened, ladies and gentlemen – Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are officially (almost) official. After five years of dating, the lovebirds revealed on social media Tuesday that they’re engaged — and, by the looks of it, they're ecstatic!
The news was announced earlier today through an Instagram post by Stefani, who posted a photo of her showing off the ring as she kisses her new fiance. “yes please!” she captioned the photo.
Shelton also made it Instagram official not long thereafter.
"Hey @gwenstefani thanks for saving my 2020... And the rest of my life," Shelton wrote. "I love you. I heard a YES!"

Just weeks before the announcement, Stefani told Extra she found it “pretty cute” that people would call Shelton her hubby.
"Do you know how many people say my 'husband' about him?" Stefani said, referring to her now-fiance. "I guess we're just together."
"People got used to it or something like that," she added. "But it's pretty cute."
Even the British singer Dua Lipa made the mistake back in August when she appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live. To which Stefani replied:
"Um, well ... he's not my husband, but that sounded cool when you said it."
The lovebirds first started dating in 2015 after they met as co-judges on The Voice.

Both were going through divorces at the time. Shelton and his ex-wife Miranda Lambert called it quits in July 2015 after a four-year partnership as one of country music's hottest couples.
After 13 years together, Gwen and Gavin Rossdale ended their marriage soon after Shelton and Lambert, which led to the couple forming a strong bond.
“When you’re where she and I were, and you just feel so betrayed and on bottom, this bond that we formed when we found out what each other were going through, it’s still there,” Shelton told People magazine.
