Megan Grannan from New Jersey is a school teacher that is proving that size certainly does not matter.
Dynamite comes in small packages. This sweet 3 ft. 3” school teacher proves her power is much more than her size. 26-year old Megan Grannan describes herself as the size of a four-year-old. Grannan was born with Metatropic Dysplasia. This is a rare form of dwarfism. In fact, only 100 people in the world live with the condition. It doesn't stop Drannan for changing the world.

Megan Grannan lives in New Jersey. She said the doctors didn't think she would live past her first birthday, according to Barcroft TV. She proved them way wrong. She's been proving those doubters wrong her whole life.
She decided she wanted to become a teacher when she was younger. Grannan explained that most people just see her as small and disabled, but she knows they are wrong. She said in the classroom the students might be taller than her, but that's just fine.

Grannan's daily life is tough at times due to her height and her condition causes extreme fatigue. Her parents still step in to watch over her. Once they got her diagnosis, they took it day by day. The doctors said she could live a normal life, except partaking in physical sports.
Grannan decided that was fine, she would go into dancing. Grannan's biggest challenge is simply physical care. Due to her arm restrictions, she does need assistance dressing and doing her hair or bathing. This doesn't stop her in the classroom.
She said the toughest thing to deal with is that people sometimes judge her. She says by teaching the young students and leaders of the future, she has found her calling. Friends say she is persistent and knows how to handle any issues. She does say some districts didn't want to give her a chance due to her size.
Her current district welcomed her with open arms. They're supportive and positive towards her. They realize she can change the world with her dynamic small size.
The kids might be taller than her and might be confused wondering if she is older than them due to her size. Grannan is open and explains her differences to the children at the first of the year. They quickly realize she is much more than her size.
