Back in 2016, a 16-year-old student Ruben Liversage took to the stage at his school concert - and the audience had no idea just what was in store.

The teenager's deep voice performing the Simon And Garfunkel hit "Sound of Silence" had everyone transfixed.

This legendary song has been covered by many artists from all over the world. One unique cover of the song came from the heavy metal band called Disturbed. The band was invited to perform the song on the Conan O'Brien show. The performance on the late-night program garnered more than 100 million views and even earned the praise of Simon himself, as reported here by Forbes.

Just when you thought it could not get any better than the Disturbed cover, 16-year-old Ruben Liversage performed the song in a similar way to Disturbed but with a fresh take. While nobody would have ever believed that Liversage would match the amazing vocal abilities of Disturbed's lead singer, David Draiman, somehow the young singer is able to pull it off with ease.

It is hard to believe that Liversage is only a teenager when you hear his vocal range and undeniable abilities to reach every note. It is clear that Liversage is destined for greatness when you watch this electrifying performance.

You can experience this performance yourself by simply watching the accompanying video. After you have watched Liversage own the stage, let everyone you know check it out as well.
