Teen Purchases All The Cupcakes At Bakery After Impolite Customer Body-Shames Her

A teenage girl that was fat-shamed while waiting in line to buy cupcakes ended up getting the sweetest revenge.

19-year-old Vega Blossom was waiting to purchase six cupcakes from Designer Desserts during their Easter sale when she heard two older women behind her remarking on her weight, reports Metro. Blossom said that the women were joking about her weight and saying that they hoped that she did not buy all of the cupcakes before they got to the front of the line.

Blossom was understandably upset about these remarks. She said that the comments hurt her feelings so much that she felt like crying. While she said that she has been used to people making comments about her weight, she could not believe that she was being fat-shamed by two grown women.

Rather than confront the women, Blossom got the best revenge by purchasing every cupcake that was left in the bakery. Blossom ended up with 20 mega-sized cupcakes, totaling $54. The high price tag was worth it since the rude women now had no cupcakes left for them.

Because the staff at Designer Desserts had also heard the comments, they threw in some cookies and chocolate at no cost. Blossom rubbed her big purchase in by asking the two women to open the door for her since her hands were full. She then gave away the cupcakes to her friends, colleagues, and family.

A few days later, Designer Desserts surprised Blossom at work with a free cupcake delivery. The company also posted about the situation on their Facebook page, reminding customers that their place of business is a bully-free zone and those type of comments will not be tolerated.
