Facing a disease can be challenging. That gets ten times harder when you're three years old. Hospital rooms, doctor's offices, and testing can change a child's life forever.

Hospitals do a lot of work to make sure their littlest patients have as positive an experience as possible through the hard moments. It's not uncommon to see brightly colored walls and activities that are adapted so children with serious conditions can still participate.

One nurse in London took it upon herself to lift up a sick child's spirits. According to Sky News, Ms. Beth Porch is an NHS nurse who has been caring for a three-year-old named Artie Vickerage at the Great Ormond Street Hospital.

She has an incredibly beautiful voice and some talent with a ukulele to boot. She sang “It’s All About You,” a popular song by McFly, to Artie as he lay in his hospital bed.

Artie’s mother, Gemma, said that Ms. Porch has made such a difference in Artie's life. When you’re a sick child struggling with pain, every small act of kindness adds up. Artie has been undergoing intensive chemotherapy for a rare type of cancer called Burkitts lymphoma.

The video was first posted by Gemma Vickerage, the boy's mother, on twitter. The post has since gone viral with over 4.5 K retweets, and even a shoutout from Tom Fletcher, one of the lead vocalists and guitarists of McFly.

He wrote:

"No, you’re crying... Beth, you are an absolute hero with the voice of an angel. Gemma, I hope your little one is doing ok. Wishing you all the very best. It looks like you’re in good hands there! X"
