South Korean Taekwondo Team Goes Viral with Their Amazing Martial Arts Skills

Social media has been captivated by the Taekwondo skills of a team from South Korea at the World Taekwondo Hanmadang ceremony. The team performed thrilling stunts and precision maneuvers in an excellent performance. They were praised for their skill and agility that led to the event going viral.  

The brilliant display lasted for about twenty minutes at the World Taekwondo Hanmadang's opening ceremony while the Kukkiwon Demonstration Team performed. This international competition has been held every year since 1992 and is the leading authority in the world for Taekwondo.

The competition included more than 5,000 participants and fifty countries! And this was definitely one of the highlights.

The Kukkiwon Demonstration Team provided numerous thrilling stunts including Taekwondo gymnastics, self-defense, attacks and poomsae. The Facebook page for Korean DramAmazing uploaded a shortened version and 21 million views resulted in the clip going viral.

Despite the many viewers praising the excellent performance of the team, the ignorance of the commenters resulted in criticizing the demonstration. They stated it was not practical for combat.    

One commenter states that the clip was cool but useless for combat. Another wrote the team would be destroyed by an Aikido or Jeet Kune Do master. They further stated the tactics used by TKD masters to take down their opponents are much more practical. Another was unsure what kind of fighting scenario could be used in addition to breaking bricks and head kicks.

The netizens responded to the critics by stating this performance was a demonstration and highly skilled.  

The team displayed an outstanding display of both precision and agility.
