Sophie Turner And Joe Jonas Celebrate First Child Together

Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas have welcomed their first child into the world. The 24-year-old actress gave birth to a little girl last week, at a hospital in Los Angeles.

Turner, and husband Jonas, who got married last year, in not one, but two ceremonies, are said to be over the moon with their new arrival. A statement given to CNN confirmed, "Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas are delighted to announce the birth of their baby."

Turner became a global star after her role as Sansa Stark in HBO's "Game of Thrones." 30-year-old Jonas forms part of the popular band "The Jonas Brothers." The couple first met in 2016, and have been married since May 2019.

They kept very private about expecting their first child together, and it only became public knowledge that the couple was pregnant when Turner was spotted with her baby bump.

In an interview for "Conan" in April, Turner revealed, "Everything seems to be working out in my favor here because Joe's a real social butterfly, so I struggle to lock him down and have him just spend time with me... It's like prison for him, but it's great for me."

It is thought the child has been named Willa, which would be fitting as the name appeared in the "Game of Thrones" series, reports TMZ. We are sure the new family is looking forward to continuing their quality time together with their new addition!
