Over the years, many of us have learned all of the words to our favorite holiday songs. Whether we sing the classic version or a newer cover by our favorite artist, the spirit has always stayed the same. In fact, listening to more recent versions of older carols can even help revive once-forgotten songs or put a new spin on a tune that will never go out of style. This was the case for one man who proved that his unique voice was a much-appreciated addition to a classic Christmas song.

Geoff Castellucci is a talented singer who has grown a fan following online thanks to his skills in the music department. According to his Instagram bio, he resides in Orlando, Florida, and is a bass singer, arranger, and member of the four-piece group VoicePlay.

Castellucci can dip his voice into incredibly low tones, hitting notes that people may not have even known existed! He is also skilled at reading sheet music. On top of that, he certainly has an ample amount of stage presence if the number of views on his videos is anything to go by.

For the holiday season, Castellucci uploaded a video of himself singing a cover of the classic Christmas song “White Christmas.” The song dates back to the early 1940s as it was written by Irving Berlin to tell the tale of an old-fashioned Christmas setting for the film “Holiday Inn.”

Since then, the song has been covered by a litany of artists, including Bing CrosbyGwen Stefani and Michael Bublé. Still, Castellucci’s version is certainly one that any carol fan would love to hear.

Although Castellucci has only had his Instagram account since 2021, the talented singer has already accumulated more than 51,000 followers. Based on the videos he posts, it’s not hard to see why people are so enchanted by this man’s musical gifts.

On Dec. 4, 2022, Castellucci posted several videos and photos of himself singing along to the Christmas classic “White Christmas.” The caption for one of the clips read, “And may all your Christmases be BASS 😉.” There’s no doubt that he was referring to his extremely low voice, which provided a fantastic twist on his rendition of the holiday tune.

The caption of a similar photograph read, “I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas” now playing at ALL the places. MERRY CHRISTMAS Y’ALL! 🎄.”

The video, which was later uploaded to YouTube, showcased four versions of Castellucci digitally added, so they were all sitting beside one another, wearing different outfits. As the song progressed, the singer showed off more of his vocal range, and he even included a festive outfit change!

Many viewers were enthralled by Castellucci’s extremely deep and low voice. One person commented, “This man's vocal range never ceases to amaze me.” Another added, “The way he slides between the ranges and sounds so good in all of them is truly amazing. I am in awe.”

Another person commented not only on Castellucci’s remarkable voice but also his fun editing skills and said, “The vocal range is INSANE. What a great rendition of this classic, I really enjoyed it, and some humor in the video was a nice touch, as well.”

Whether you prefer a different version of this song, there’s no denying that Castellucci has an incredible voice that is perfect for Christmas carols!
