Senior Couple Accidentally Shoots Amusing TV Commercial For Local Diner

John and Sonja Palmer have been married an incredible 53 years. Their favorite restaurant, Dysart's in Hermon, Maine, approached the couple to take part in a TV commerical for them, as the local dining spot was getting more and more popular. The end result was a lot of fun for all involved.

Dysart’s Truck Stop and Restaurant has been serving customers for a long time. It first opened in 1967 and is frequented by many people who go there for its authentic homestyle diner meals, big portions, and welcoming ambiance, reports Portland Press Herald.

It is known for its yummy food, particularly its famous chicken pot pie "baked in a buttery, flaky crust." Unfortunately John really struggled to get this line right, and his wife was not amused at all. Her reaction was extremely comical.

Sonja at one point even claims the producers should have given her that line to say as John kept getting it wrong over and over again. So towards the end Sonja gives the line a go–and hilariously messes it up too! Their outtakes are definitely the funniest thing about the commercial, and I think anyone who sees it will think it was a success purely for the fact it didn't go as planned.
