When you're a child being fostered in America, you only have one thing on your mind: being taken care of by good, generous foster parents. In this shocking and heartwarming video caught by a security camera, 11-year-old Tannah Butterfield gets more than she ever thought possible.

Tanah was at school when Jackie Alexander, the official who leaked the security footage to social media, asked her to come into her office. Jackie was asked by Tanah's foster parents to break the exciting news that Tanah was being officially adopted. What you may think was worry that she was in trouble turned to pure joy as she lept into Jackie's arms after being told the good news.

"I felt like a million, jillion things just exploded in my heart," Tanah told reporters in Inside Edition's video. "I felt so happy. This is the best thing that's ever happened to me."

Tanah's new parents, Jennifer and Jeff Fisher, fostered she and her two siblings for two years before breaking the tear-jerking news. Both parents were excited by the response. "It's been one adventure after another," says the new dad.

"I cry every time I watch the video. I cry every time I get a message from somebody saying that they needed to see that video, they needed some light in their day." Jackie told the reporters in the video, clearly moved by the fact she has been a big part of the little girl's joy.

"I know they're safe people, and I know they love me and I know they'll always be there for me--and I just love them," Tannah concludes.

Her six-year-old brother and two-year-old sister have also been adopted with her.
