In 1993, she starred in the film “Son In Law,” and she went on to be in more notable roles in movies. The actress anchored the Cooking Channel series “Dinner at Tiffani’s,” which aired from 2015 to 2017.

The actress displayed her evergreen form in a family picture posted on Instagram in July 2023. Thiessen looked beautiful, healthy, and younger in the sensational photo. Fans of the actress were in awe of the photo, which garnered a lot of wonderful comments about the actress’ age-defying figure.

Delving into how the actress rose to stardom, she was just 8 years old when she starred in her first commercial. However, her role in “Saved by the Bell” catapulted her to stardom. The NBC series ran for four seasons, in which Thiessen played the role of cheerleader Kelly Kapowski. The actress’s original run on the show was between 1989 and 1993. Thiessen was also part of the two spin-off shows, “The College Years” and “The New Class,” which ran until 2000.

Thiessen, a name synonymous with ’90s television, captured the hearts of viewers worldwide with her memorable role as Kelly Kapowski on the iconic sitcom "Saved by the Bell." Over the years, she has transitioned from being a teen sensation to a versatile actress, successfully navigating the challenging waters of the entertainment industry. Born on Jan. 23, 1974, in Long Beach, California, Thiessen is of German, Greek, Turkish and Welsh descent. Her natural charisma and beauty led her to enter the world of modeling at the age of 8, but her true passion lay in acting.

Her acting journey began when she was just a child with guest roles in popular TV shows like "Charles in Charge" and "Married... with Children." It didn't take long for Hollywood to take notice of the talented young actress, leading to her breakthrough role in 1989.

Thiessen's career reached its zenith with the role of Kapowski in the hit teen sitcom "Saved by the Bell." Premiering in 1989 as "Good Morning, Miss Bliss" and later transformed into "Saved by the Bell" in 1990, the show became a cultural phenomenon. Thiessen portrayed the quintessential girl-next-door who was not only academically gifted but also the object of affection for the show's protagonist, Zack Morris, played by Mark-Paul Gosselaar

As "Saved by the Bell" came to a close in 1993, Thiessen faced the challenge of shedding her teen idol image and transitioning into more mature roles. She took on a pivotal role as Valerie Malone in the popular TV series "Beverly Hills, 90210," where she displayed her range and versatility as an actress.

In the years that followed, Thiessen continued to showcase her acting prowess in various television series, including "Fastlane," "What About Brian," and "White Collar." She also made guest appearances on several other shows.

Thiessen's talents also extend beyond acting. She is an accomplished cook and has showcased her culinary skills on her popular cooking show, "Dinner at Tiffani's," which ran from 2015 to 2017.

Furthermore, Thiessen is also the author of two cookbooks, "Pull Up a Chair: Recipes from My Family to Yours" and "You're Missing It!" which she co-wrote with her husband. These books reflect her dedication to family values and her desire to inspire others through her experiences as a mother.

The Daytime Emmy Award winner married actor Brady Smith in 2005. Brady has starred in shows such as “The Mentalist” and “Criminal Minds.” The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter named Harper Smith in 2010, and later a son named Holt Smith in 2015.

Thiessen and Smith recounted how, on their first date, the actress was the first one to make the move. Smith told Us Weekly:

“Obviously I wanted to kiss her, but I wasn’t gonna be that dude that tries to kiss on the first date. But then she leaned in and laid one on me. And I don’t even remember the drive home.”

Thiessen responded, “Baby, you just swept me off my feet. What can I say?”

It’s clear the pair are enamored with each other as, on their 15th wedding anniversary, they decided to renew their vows. On July 11, 2020, Thiessen posted a heartfelt tribute to her husband on the special day alongside a stunning portrait of the pair of them.

“Last night I surprised my husband with a special 15 year anniversary gift. I recreated a ‘at home’ version of our wedding. … It was a memorable night to say the least...and I think I blew my husband’s socks off. (Brownie Points!💪🏼)” the star wrote in the caption.

In 2019, the mother of two revealed how she balances her thriving career with being a mother. The actress explained:

"I feel like I'm always striving for that perfect balance of it all, but I don't know if there is such a thing. And I think kind of knowing that you just have to do every day your best to make sure you can hopefully get home and spend time with your kids."

She also once said, “Being a mom, it’s up and down. It’s a little bit of a rollercoaster. I have two (children) and I feel very blessed. Yes, I have my hands full but there’s people out there with five or six, so this feels very easy.”

The cookbook author had her children in her late 30s and early 40s, and it made her body naturally change. As Thiessen gets older by the year, her body and face experience change, which is now different from when she was a teen. As a beautiful teen, Thiessen was "every guy's crush." At an early age, the actress began appearing in teen magazines and had fans who loved her.

In the world of today, most people try to do some procedures to make them look younger than their age. The pressure of looking younger even worsens, especially when the individuals have gotten older than their perceived prime. Many questions have been thrown at the actress about how she feels about approaching another milestone of age, and Thiessen has expressed her sincere feelings to the public.

Many people, especially in the entertainment industry, feel the need to look younger because of societal pressure, so they find various procedures to help defy age. However, star actress Thiessen does not feel the pressure of getting older.

In an Aug. 11, 2023 episode of the “Good Instinct” podcast, Thiessen touched on how she was coming to terms with getting older. The star, who is turning 50 in January 2024, said she rarely felt the pressure that comes with aging and turning a milestone age. The reason the actress is not bothered about aging is because of the fact that she does all she can to stay healthy as she gets older.

Thiessen revealed she was "so much more at ease" about getting older. She said:

"When I was turning 40, I felt like I had more personal pressure on myself to look the best I could. At 50, I feel very confident in knowing that I'm doing the best I can."

She said she felt “so much more at ease now than I was even 10 years ago" and added:

"And I don't know why. I don't know if it's me just not giving a s—. Or it's just me growing up and me being much more understanding of just who I am, which I think was always there because I do have great parents who have instilled really great values in me.”

Thiessen further explained:

"I think people will say things, you know … and maybe expect me to look a certain way, yes, but I mean, it's just not realistic. I can only age the way I'm going to age, right?"

For Thiessen, age has only served to give her a healthy perspective in life and she does her utmost to keep her priorities in check. “I’m at a good place now. My main concern is raising happy, healthy kids that are going to do well for themselves and society,” she said during the podcast.

Although her “Saved by the Bell” days are far behind her, Thiessen has remained close with some of her co-stars, including Mario Lopez, who played A.C. Slater on the show. Lopez has even made appearances on her Instagram page, such as in September 2023, when they tucked into some tasty tacos. Thiessen even shared a heartwarming video montage of her and Lopez that included photos from their early days on the hit show together. “34 years ago. Just a couple of teenage knuckleheads…” she captioned the post.

Fans were thrilled to see the two stars back together again, with one comment reading, “This might break the internet today.” Another user remarked the duo had “Aged like the finest of wine 🍷❤️”

Her former castmates aren’t the only people Thiessen likes to pay tribute to on social media. Her Instagram page is filled with loving posts about her family, including one particularly sweet message to her daughter Harper on the occasion of her 13th birthday. Alongside two stunning close-up portraits of the teen that showed just how much of her mom’s beauty she had inherited, Thiessen wrote:

“Happy 13th my sweet girl! How can you be thirteen today? 😳 You came into our world at 2:40am thirteen years ago and our lives have never been the same. You’re the one that made me a mama. That’s a bond I continue to cherish ❤️ Harper, we are so proud of the person you are and continue to become. Always remember how much we love you. And remember to always, ALWAYS, stay your true authentic self. ✨”

Thiessen also shared a stunning shot of her and Brady on a trip to Point Reyes to celebrate their 18th wedding anniversary together and captioned it:

Even today, Thiessen is still able to turn heads due to her gorgeous looks. The star mom proved this in a series of swimwear photos. Her husband posted a snap of the amazing family as they enjoyed the summer weather. Brady captioned the photo:

“If anyone needs us, we’ll be here. @cowboypools #yeehaw”

In the photo, the happy family grinned big for the camera, and the picture was taken in front of a stunning forest backdrop. The order of arrangement in the picture had Brady to the left, next to him was their son, and next to him was Thiessen, who had a trucker hat on, and next was their daughter, who rocked a one-shoulder swimsuit design.

Most of their bodies were submerged in a hot tub, but Thiessen still looked absolutely stunning in her black swimwear. Her daughter also had on a black swimwear, presenting an adorable mother-daughter duo.

Fans of the beautiful family reacted to the post. One user commented: “Awesome shot!! The perfect addition! 😍💕” Another user expressed her admiration of the family and commented:

"Tiffani aging in reverse🔥-Harper looking like a full grown teenager😢😍-Holt is not a baby anymore😢💙-Brady again like a fine wine🤩-BEAUTIFUL FAMILY😍(inside & out❤)"

In another upload on social media, one of Brady’s relatives, Jill Smith, shared more pictures of the actress and her visit to see the family at their home. In one of the pictures, Thiessen was wearing a wetsuit on the beach while her son and one of Jill’s sons flanked her on both sides. In another shot, the star actress posed for a picture with Jill. The pair beamed at the camera with chunky black glasses on.
