With her 60th birthday looming close, Sarah Ferguson has just opened up about the work she’s had done to retain her youthful looks.
Ferguson had a sit down with the Daily Mail, where she boldly admitted to having had multiple cosmetic procedures including botox, laser facelifts and stem cell therapy on her feet.
“I’ve had a lot of help to look like this at 60!”

Of all the procedures she’s had, Ferguson, who turns 60 on October 15, revealed laser facelifts to be her favorite.
“I’ve started the laser treatment, but it’s not finished yet. The collagen needs to rebuild. I hope it will all be done by my birthday.”
Although she did confess to getting botox in the past, she now says she is no longer a fan of it.
“I don’t like the frozen look,” she explained. “I’m so animated and I like to be myself. I don’t like the thought of needles and am very glad if I look well and happy — I’m really happy to be open about what I’ve had done.”
The 59-year-old had previously done the same facelift last year in preparation for her daughter Princess Eugenie’s wedding.
“The happiness was shining out of me because my daughter was getting married. I was so glad. I love Jack. When I’m passionate about anything, my eyes shine,” she said.
“Above all, it was being joyful for Eugenie that made me look good. But I’d had some laser treatment on my face which helped, too,” she added.
Additionally, Ferguson said she had mesotherapy in 2013, which is an injection containing multiple vitamins, minerals, and amino acids with the aim of promoting collagen production. The therapy was done in an attempt to reverse years of sun damage to her skin.
“I need to repair the damage that was done on the beach when I was a child,” she said. “It’s why I had the mesotherapy, the vitamin cocktail to hydrate and boost the skin.”
Following the mesotherapy, the Duchess of York had a facial thread lift, a procudure in which a mesh of medically advanced threads are placed under the skin to tighten and smooth the skin.
“It’s like garden trellising for sweat peas. You insert the threads under the skin with a fine needle and they hold everything up,” Ferguson explained. “They also encourage collagen production. It takes a couple of months, then the sweet peas bloom!”

In addition to her face, Ferguson also had work done on her feet. Earlier this year, the Duchess flew over to the Bahamas to get an innovative stem cell therapy done on her toes.
“I think my toes were ruined by all the riding I did when I was young. They shaved the bone here, and implanted stem cells, 20 million of them taken from my midriff, into my feet to make new cartilage,” she said. “It takes about six months to heal but now I can walk in heels!”
