Sarah Ferguson Announces New Book Release On Social Media

The British Royal family might have entered 2020 with a rocky start, but things seem to be looking up roses for one Royal-fan favorite. 

Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, recently announced the release of three new children's books on her official Instagram account.

Sarah Ferguson took to Instagram last week to tell her followers she will be releasing three more children’s books. 

“So excited about my 3 new children’s books Arthur Fantastic, Genie Gems and The Enchanted Oak Tree...coming soon,” Fergie captioned her post.

Serenity Press, Ferguson’s publisher, said in a press release that they had secured a seven-book deal with the Duchess, with the first one due to be released in mid-2020. 

Ferguson is already the author of 25 books, including the Budgie the Little Helicopter and Little Red series.

“The acquisition is an exciting addition to the current Serenity Press list, which includes fairytale, fantasy and folklore authors Kate Forsyth, Juliet Marillier, Sophie Masson and Jane Talbot,” Serenity Press’ Karen Mc Dermott said.

Fans have proven to be overjoyed with the news, with many expressing their excitement in the comments of Ferguson’s post. 

“Congratulations, I'm sure they will be a big hit with all who read them. Can’t wait for their release,” one user wrote.
