Richard Gere, 70, Is Expecting Second Child With Wife Alejandra Silva

Richard Gere, 70, is reportedly expecting his second child with wife Alejandra, 36.

The couple were wed last August and had their first child, named Alexander, in February of this year. People reports that sources close to the couple confirmed their second child who will be added a happy brood—Richard is also father to 19-year-old Homer James Jigme from a previous marriage, and Alejandra has a 6-year-old son named Albert also from a previous marriage.

The couple shared a glimpse inside their wedding with Hello! that was held at Richard’s romantic ranch outside of New York City. The blushing bride gushed over her groom and said she was “the luckiest woman in the world.”

Alejandra also commented on their 34-year age gap when the publication asked saying:

 "In this life it had to be like this. He has promised me at least 20 good years! I have to confess that he has much more energy than me; he's much more active. I find it hard to keep up with him. He's not human!” Silva said to Hello!

Although the couple is quite private, last year Alejandra did post a baby bump photo on Instagram with the caption “I’m so happy! #happygirl” and will hopefully do the same once the news of baby #2 is confirmed.
